The cheese we are planning to offer will be handmade medium, sharp and extra sharp cheddar, along with various flavored and specialtiy cheeses. Besides cheese, we also offer the “squeaky cheese curds” and Umpqua Ice Cream cones that the original cheese factory here was so well known for!
